A participant’s name, voice, image, chat contribution, or other participation may potentially be captured depending on the technology used and the nature of the session.

When PROGENY1 intends to record a session, appropriate notice will be provided.

Additional consent may be requested where appropriate based on the intended use of a recording.

PROGENY1 will not treat a person’s mere participation in a service as blanket permission to use that person’s image, name, testimonial, likeness, or recording for unrelated promotional purposes.

Individuals under 18 should not independently submit registration or payment information for PROGENY1 services without the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
