In this course, leaders will: Session 1 – Relationship Building, Setting Expectations & Time Management - Understand the importance of building meaningful, tailored relationships with direct reports to enhance trust and engagement - Define and practice setting clear, measurable performance expectations tied to business goals - Prioritize daily tasks to maximize efficiency and impact - Implement calendar and meeting management best practices to improve productivity - Learn how to delegate and negotiate tasks effectively to achieve daily objectives Session 2 – Listening, Active Feedback & Performance Management - Master the four levels of listening to enhance communication and leadership effectiveness - Differentiate between surface-level and actionable feedback, ensuring productive conversations - Identify and address performance and behavioral challenges with confidence - Apply a structured feedback model that fosters growth and accountability - Develop the mindset and behaviors needed to receive and act on feedback constructively - Implement best practices for follow-ups and documentation of performance observations Session 3 – Delegation & Talent Development - Understand the power of delegation and its impact on leadership effectiveness - Recognize when and how to delegate to empower employees and enhance team performance -Analyze team strengths and develop a delegation strategy tailored to individual development Why Invest in This Course?
